Technical Project Management within Group Projects and IT.  Responsible for the installation of a credit card validation process which saved the company over £100k in the first 4 days. 

The upgrade of the existing Subscriber Administration and Billing System handling over 4 million records. 

Responsible for the relocation of over 70 live Internet servers from several locations into a central datacentre. 

Management of the upgrade of over 5,000 desktop PCs across 30 sites. 

Responsible for the migration of the corporate network to new batching and monitoring software saving over £1/2m per annum.

Accountable for the project management of a virtual web hosting service on the Internet that would be used as the platform and benchmark model for launching future Internet products within the company.  Ensuring the network infrastructure and equipment was in place and operating at 99.9% reliability, with no single points of failure.  Developed procedures to provide 24x7 support for service together with capacity management of equipment.

Responsible for the project management of the network infrastructure to allow installation of micro transmission aerials vital to meet the explosion of mobile phone use.

Project management of the network development to enable viewers to access the Internet via their television, pilots launched within selected regions.
